Grand Celebration of “UBIfest Digital Zindagi” on the 8th Anniversary of Global Platform UBI 30 YouTube Live Programs in 15 Days, Participants from 10 Countries, 8 Online Marathons, 2 Kids’ Contests, Over 300 participants from the age group of 5 to 88 years showcased their talent.

The UBI family from India, Singapore, Dubai, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, Bahrain, Kenya, Indonesia, and Germany came together on a digital platform to celebrate literature, art, music, wellness, and social service.

On the occasion of the 8th anniversary of the international platform UBI – United By Ink, which holds two world records, a grand digital festival titled “UBIfest Digital Zindagi” was organized by TEAMUBI from 1st February to 15th February. The event was successfully conducted under the leadership and guidance of UBI Founder Sapna Shivani Kekre.
During this 15-day celebration, a total of 30 online programs were organized and live-streamed on YouTube. One of the unique highlights of the festival was that all 30 programs were hosted by 30 different energetic hosts, bringing fresh enthusiasm to every session.
The inaugural ceremony on 1st February featured renowned poet and ghazal writer Dr. Lakshmi Shankar Bajpai as the Chief Guest, with Mamta Kiran Ji as the Guest of Honour. During the ceremony, the names of Respected Surjeet Singh Ji and Respected Anil Kulshreshtha Ji were announced as recipients of the “Lala Lalchand Falak Award (Lifetime Achievement Award)”.
The festival was formally inaugurated with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by UBI’s Gurumai, Honorable Kiran Langar Ji followed by cake cutting on 2nd February. The special guest Dr. Manish Vishnoi Ji presented the “Elite Torchbearers Award” to Respected Kamla Mulani Ji and Respected Rita Badhwar Ji. In addition, 40 Torchbearers who have carried forward the spirit of UBI for years and 62 “UBI Diamonds” were also honored.
Carrying forward the spirit of social responsibility, support was provided for the education of underprivileged children through the initiative “Apni Shala.” This effort represents a small but meaningful step toward building a brighter future through education.
23 authors donated more than 200 books, which were presented as gifts to UBI members and to various government schools in Mumbai. A special mention goes to author Puneet Ojha Ji, who contributed over 50 books. Ravi Bhatia Ji and Bhavana Sethi Ji each donated 10 books.
The festival featured a diverse range of programs including “Author Corner,” “Divya Deep,” “Gift of Life – Awareness on Organ Donation,” Bhajanotsav, Kavyotsav, Multilingual Poetry Sessions, Kathasagar, Sur Sangam, Dance Deewane, Digital Theatre Presentations, “Wellness in the Digital Era,” “Kitchen Masters,” “Digital Artists – Panel Discussion,” a three-day free Ghazal Workshop, “Power of Storytelling,” and a special children’s session titled “Navankur Goshti.”
In addition, from 3rd February to 13th February, online marathons and children’s contests related to writing, food, health, music, art, and positivity were organized on Facebook groups.
Alongside 350 plus ecertificates being awarded, 31 winners were awarded trophies, certificates of honor, and a book as a gift, which were all sent directly to their residences.
UBIfest Digital Zindagi beautifully demonstrated that even on a digital platform, the celebration of literature, art, creativity, compassion, and community can be experienced with the same dignity, enthusiasm, and collective spirit.
